90-day money-back guarantee

Your first Deadline order is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If Focus Pill isn't for you, email us at hello@deadline.co within 90 days of receiving your first shipment and we'll refund that order in full, even if the bottle is opened or empty. No forms, no hoops.

The guarantee covers your first order (one bottle) and can be used once per customer and household. Subscription renewals after the first order aren't covered by the guarantee: you can cancel anytime before a renewal and the charge simply never happens.

To start a refund, contact us at hello@deadline.co with your order number. If a physical return is required, we'll send you the return address and instructions in our reply; please don't send anything back before requesting a refund first. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@deadline.co.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by replying to any order email. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right. This applies to every shipment, not just the first.

Pre-orders

Pre-order payments are fully refundable any time before your order ships. After shipment, the 90-day guarantee applies.

Orders placed before August 3, 2026 remain covered by the guarantee terms in effect at the time of purchase.
